Heres a game for Genesis that looks a bit like Mortal Kombat:

Heres a new Genesis Homebrew Release:

Its awesome to have yet another bit of Genesis News:
Retro Nerve Games are currently all in for their project Kung-Fu Ufo. According to developer Sebastian Abreu there is a slight chance they are going to pick up their older project Tetriega. So let’s see if Tetriega will be developed further or not.

Star Ark is a science fiction game being developed for the Sega Genesis. The game is set on an interstellar colony ship. The player is a member of the crew who must put down a mutiny and set the ship back on course. The 8 Bit Daddy Daughter Team recently posted an update.

The star ship in Star Ark is a Bussard interstellar ramjet. The ship is designed to operate under constant acceleration and therefore is built like a tower with decks being placed one on top of each other. One may note the hexagonal shaft in the center of the deck; this is the duct down which interstellar hydrogen is fed from the RAM scoop to the fusion engine in the engineering section below. Overall, the ship takes on the form of a hexagonal tower comprised of five modules including:
1) RAM scoop equipment module
2) Habitat and administration module
3) Life support module
4) Cargo module
5) Engineering module
In this video, we take a tour of a prototype deck. Each deck is made up of a 3 x 3 matrix of scroll planes which in turn are made up of an array of 64 x 64 tiles.

Intrepid Izzy by Senile Team combines platforming, beat ’em up and adventure elements to create a unique experience with depth, character and above all, fun. Here comes the May 2018 development update:

First of all, we have received some preproduction samples of the Izzy figure, and they look great! Here’s a photo of the one that now adorns my desk. The figure is about 8 cm (3 inches) high including the base. The colours on this sample are accurate, but for the fiished product the glossy paints will be replaced with matte ones. But wait, there’s more! The figure comes in a lovely, custom-designed, windowed box.
Enemies and projectiles
I have recently made improvements to the enemy characters and all the nasty things they shoot, fling an spit at Izzy. About a dozen enemies have been completed now, each with their own unique behaviour. For exampe, this fungal foe can now go sub-terranian and dig his way to another random location.
The projectiles fired from his mouth are very straightforward, but thanks to the recent changes, projectiles can now be configured in many ways.
Yes, I know I’ve shown you the eye-tossing mummy before, but he has been improved since then. Also, here’s some previously unseen footage of him taking a beating.

Heres some Sega Saturn News that gives you the chance to read back in time:
I had to take a bit of a break after last months gigantic project, but we're back now, and with a another great release.
We are proud to present you with issue 23 of the Official Sega Saturn Magazine. This one if filled to the brim with goodness, so much so that we ended up putting 54 pages on the site as online articles! That has to be a record.

Okinawa Rush is a martial arts platforming game with RPG elements, many items to collect and unique FengShui system. The game is currently in development and will come to PC, PS4, Xbox One and Dreamcast!
