Ericard a few weeks ago released a new Beats of Rage Mod for the PSP/Dreamcast/GP2x, heres the release details:

Play as Zangief in his mission to huntdown Shadowloo.
In order to save his own country, Zangief must defeat the crime leaders.
Although Zangief works alone, there were total 3 army of RAF is ready to serve their leaders.

An addition games from Hungryman, the author of the games: Double Dragon Advance.
