I just leave DOWNLOADS emulator version GENS4ALL (Megadrive / Genesis) presented at the fair RetroMadrid this year. The key development is an increase (rather) important speed due to improved VDP and arrangements minor errors. Just like this, you can play the vast majority of the extensive catalog of games Megadrive / Genesis 40-60fps between sound.
