freesci has continued to update the stable branch of the dreamcast port, this time improvements to sound, with the addition of midi output, plus options for it.[br][*]src/sound/midiout_dcraw.c: Added to repository. [br][*]src/dc/Makefile, src/include/midiout.h, src/sound/Makefile.am, src/sound/midiout.c: Added Dreamcast raw midi output driver.[br][*]src/dc/gamemenu.c, src/dc/options.h: Added midi options.
