Matman has posted a new version of Dragons of Rage Beats of Rage Mod that should be compatible with PSP, Dreamcast and GP2x:

Modded by (2009-07): Matman
This was a fix release used to real world test my new "openBor Stats" character editing tool.

Fixed all collision box's.
Increased enemy difficulty.
Added additional sounds.
Added Mina and Specter characters.(Fixed and Ripped from Guilty Gear - The Crusades:ShinZombie)
