2003/11/19 - Developer Release 2

* Fixed keyboard mapping for F5
* Break (and ctrl/shift-break) works now
* Added preliminary controller support
* Moved absolute paths to makefile

Some key mappings are supplied, but the one used is currently hardwired
into the emulator source (beebdc.cc), and you'll need a keyboard anyway
to start your game.
